Signed in hopes that you two are reunited quickly. It is sooo unfair that the illegals are allowed to stay here and get Fed government help and your wife is being treated like a criminal. It sounds like a great love story to me. You two need to be together.

I have visited America twice and each time the customer service has been abysmal so I am not surprised that Vilardi is not getting anywhere. And, as we know, Obama has no interest in anyone who is not a Muslim. Americans suffer badly from his lack of concern.

As for Congress & Senators, they are only interested in power for power's sake. I do hope that Vilardi can find someone to take up his cause, this should not be happening, citizens should have priority in their own country regardless of whether or not they are a vet. It is just so much more insulting that Vilardi has fought for the right of illegals to take precedence over citizens!

Good luck and G-d bless.

Noted & Signed! How terrible this is for these two people! If she had been admitted legally into the U.S. before, I can't understand why they would put her and her husband through such anguish! I think Lydia's idea is a good one. I suggest that they contact Rachael Maddow of CNBC and/or Anderson Cooper. I could see both of these news commentators being interested in this story. I hope that someone finally listens to them and they can finally get the help that they need! Bless them both.

I hope this matter will be resolved soon, hang in there Philip and Kristen.

The USIA has been ignoring Federal immigration law for years, particularly since 9/11. Married to an American, shouldn't Kristin should have dual citizenship? As Marie pointed out, something else is going on here. And apparently Texas' Republican senators have no interest in helping Kristin and Philip.

I was GOING to sign this till I read it and found all the virulent hate speech against "illegals." Kind of ironic from one whose own wife was in the U.S. illegally, no? I guess it's different cause she's white?
