I feel sorry for the Chinese people, who are also victims of their government's hypocrisy and apathy!

I agree Barbara. The Chinese have been well aware of their growing environmental crisis for decades. Amassing wealth at the cost of their population has long been their goal; very anti-Communistic Communists.

what the world doesn't know is that they have had the cure for cancer since the eighties, and big pharma and hmo, hospitals ,etc are doing their best to never let us know it.
It seems they did an experiment in people whose doctors had given up on them, saying they were terminal
nothing "they could do"...some were in comas and dying already...then they were tested with a compound called cesium chloride, 50 % including people who woke up from their comas were cured, their pain gone within days.
Now ,I think anything that sounds too good to be true is hogwash????

This reminds me of the pea soup fog in London in the 1950s and the government had to act fast and ban coal burning I wonder now though with all the added pollution of traffic and technology plus a huge population
whether they will ever be able to get on top of it

Noted thanks

I was actually surprised that the Cancer centers are not around Ping-fang in Machukuo in NE China. That was the center of activity for Unit 731 of the Japanese Army in WWII. 731 was a bio-weapons research unit and to this day the disease rates are through the roof in the entire ares. And while the USSR did put some of its members on trial for crimes against humanity, the good old USA patted them on the back with amnesty after all they did turn over all of their research, you know vivisections and controlled infection to death studies, to the US Military for use in accelerating our Bio-weapons Program.

You reap what you sow. I feel sorry for the ones that respect all forms of life and Earth. And others may not have the education, but the others, like the politicians and the rich money makers. All the blood is one their hands. They are killing their country and next is our world. I think we do need to boycott stuff made in China. They are poisoning our Earth, our dog treats, baby toys, etc. We need to stop giving them our money.

China is Effed big time. Every facet of their country is polluted to almost the nth degree. Now they want to come here and do the same thing and our leaders think it's a good idea? Time for a revolution.

Thank you for this great article Cher. Waiting for part 2! I feel badly for the average citizen of these villages, as they probably had not idea of everything that is toxic. I try not to buy anything that comes from China, because not everything is tested for its safety.
