Legislation to crack down on puppy mills has been reintroduced in Congress. S. 395 / H.R. 847, the Puppy Uniform Protection and Safety (PUPS) Act, will close a loophole in the Animal Welfare Act regulations that currently allows puppy mills to sell dogs

Revised and sent. Just ban them ! millions of adoptable dogs are killed, and these hell holes are allowed to exist. Just what we need - more dogs to kill off. The big soft shoe, the big tip toe around the real issue. bad mood.

Congress and President Obama. Pass S. 395 / H.R. 847 to stop puppy mills now. I have had 2 puppies from puppy mills before I knew how really awful and self serving these puppy mills. The 2 puppies I had suffered with one malady after another and barely lived to be 10 years old albeit they were small dogs. Puppy mills, like bad air and water costs this country billions every year. Vote for this legislation now.
