Baby animals are cute but we can't have it both ways. Either we let their mothers be their mothers or next thing you know Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear are in the kitchen getting shot with semi-automatics. Signed.

This is animal abuse and anyone having possesion of a bear cub without legal proof to have custody should be prosecuted for animal cruelty.

Makes sense to me- let people touch wild bears and possibly get injured unless they do something evil to the poor bears like pull out their teeth or remove their claws. How stupid can you be??

Of course it's in the best interests of both bears and humans that we don't get to handle bear cubs. What a ridiculous piece of legislation! Signed, shared and noted, TY, Cher!

Noted, signed with comment below, twittered and google shared. Thanks for Chering.

This bill is a serious mistake and should not be allowed to pass. Mixing the public with wild animals has proven disastrous in the past, and to even think of allowing it to pass is very irresponsible. We should be protecting people and wildlife from each other, not pushing them together for photo ops.
