Antarctica's landscape is changing and there's no denying it. Most recently, a study by a Texas A&M University researcher, the melting rates of glaciers in Antarctica are accelerating due to global warming

penguins, like polar bears in the north, are at the edge of their ecosystem....if we, humans, who act to destroy don't act to save it will one day be too much for them..........of course, if we don't act it may one day be too late for humans, too.....

there is no planet b for life....we must work to save this one from ourselves.....

earth hour this saturday!

The melting glaciers are, in turn, causing sea levels to rise. In fact, new research from the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research has found that the global rise in sea level is happening 60% faster than the projections by the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

There seems to be nothing we as a species are not willing to savage for the almighty dollar.

Noted with sadness for the penguins. Over 18 species of penguins worldwide will suffer from the shortage of krill,
due to climate change.
Thanks Cher.

all together have to be brave and reduce our impact in earth. A lot of animals and people will suffer the climate changes.

Very frightening to see such threats to penguins and the polar bears in the arctic. Global warning is a threat to the planet.

Why can't we see what awful things we are doing to God's creatures.

We should be mitigating climate change. It's kinda getting too late -- maybe there's still a chance, but only if we take big steps, I fear.

The world created this problem for the arctic animals the penguins polar bears etc, the world needs to get together and create a safe haven for these creatures for what t eh world has caused it is our duty and responsibility and we cannot have peace within if we don't take charge of the destruction we have caused the animals didn't do it to themselves humans are at fault and we must get out planet back in the right GOD is watching
