If a recently introduced bill is passed by the Russian government, the country would join Costa Rica and a few other African nations in making killing animals for fun, AKA hunting, largely illegal.

I don't understand Russia. They do something mean like keep Katya the circus bear in a cage on a bus then they do something nice like ban sports hunting.

Sport hunting is a human shame that should be considered as a crime against animals everywhere on earth. Hopefully, I'll live to see the day it is banned from all countries, no matter their economic state. Thank you for sharing, Cher !
