I use nothing but non-pasteurized raw honey with royal jelly. Let me tell you it has made a great difference for me.

I have wild bees in my garden (you just have to drill a bunch of round holes through a big piece of wood, not quite to the ende, and put it somewhere not too chilly, and they will live in it), and the peaceful humming is a health benefit in itself!
