Wildlife reserves exist for a reason. To protect endangered animals and to provide them with a safe haven to live and thrive without fear. You are defeating the entire purpose of these reserves by opening them up to drilling. These animals are swiftly becoming extinct because of habitat loss and poaching. Please, don't allow drilling in the few places these precious animals have left to call home.

Wasn't it South Sudan and Cameroon where where the "panda" bat was recently discovered --- a new genus of bat? With all this wildlife, how can people mess with such incredible beauty.

Signed and noted. All the world's decision-makers use greed as the principle to make decisions. What is the matter with us? It seems like just 20-30 years ago, world leaders were protecting forests by putting them into preserves. Now everyone wants to drill, frack, burn, cut, and otherwise destroy these wonderful habitats. We must protest!

Noted and Signed in Disgust that licences would be auctioned off for land for oil drilling. There are too many critically endangered animals - the elephants, and endangered species of marine life. Alternative sources of energy are paramount now!.
