Horse slaughter is always cruel. For any reason, in any country. U.S. laws to illegalize it have nearly passed for years. Let's ban it for good, plus get horse-use industries to take responsibility for "surplus horses." Any who abandon horses ought to

Letters sent to US Senators, District Congressional Representative and just about every elected official in the state of Texas. Wow! This should get a lot of attention.

Noted. When I told my new, teaparty rich-rancher REPUG female senator, Deb Fischer, about the evils of horse slaughter, she emailed me back that she is all for it. How do these degenerates get elected? (She was helped by good old scumsucker Sarah Palin). Makes me sick!

Dear Mr. President, Congress, House of Representatives,

I just don't understand why our Country cannot just make stricker laws when it come to the cruelty/ abuse/neglect/torture of animals, just make the law Country-Wide.

We all agree that hurting animals and treating them inhumanely is wrong, so now just include jail time/home arrest, probation & a huge fines to go to the Human Societies in their town. Why does it have to be an issue in this date in time? We all know the Wrong in everyway possible.

Contacted all my Senators and Representatives. We need to make the breeders responsible for all the horses they produce. I read over 75% of those colts breed from racing are slaughtered because the colt isn't good enough for racing. I'm sure the same holds true for show horses like what Mrs. Milt Romney had.

Sorry, only for US citizens, but noted.
The USA was born on horseback, look how you treat them now. Horses do not deserve this inhuman treatment, they should be an icon of the USA and be treated accordingly. From the horses mouth: thanks for nothing America, no culture, no heart only profit at any cost. Sad! Really sad.
