Silly quirks may vary from kitty to kitty, but one thing is certain: cats are funny!

The ear lobe, not so bad when they are babies. Then they grow up and have adult teeth, and the only appropriate response is "Ouch"!

Those pictures are a hoot - in a world that is often scary and aggravating, cats are consistently a sanity-saver.
The world would be a miserable place without them.

I have many little "rituals" with my cat. Every morning she jumps on the arm of my computer chair and leans against me - then getsin my lap for about 5 minutes of purring/petting. Every nite when I'm getting ready for bed, as soon as I brush my teeth, she jumps up on the closed toilet seat and front paws on vanity, stretches as tall as she can...her signal that she wants her glass of fresh, cold water.

Delightful and amusing. A relief to read after that news article earlier about the soldier and his dog deliberately setting his dog on a old cat in front of school children. That one really got to me.

So very true , Kitties are amazing and really not quite what we expected with our first one years ago .
One steals our sons computer chair and screeches no if we move him another is the water splasher
funny except for some puddles .
Thanks for sharing I never tire of cute cats & their fun stories .

Cats and kittens are so amazing! When it comes to drinking, my 3 refuse to drink from a dish. The bathtub is the preferred spot and one can turn the water on even more. That's the same one that can take the lid off the treats jar at the vet's office. And my youngest is a kleptomaniac. I watch about a week ago as she had a perfectly clean sock in her mouth and was running off with it. She's also lifted forks, spoons, a bookend, banana peels (hence her nickname of Anniebananie). Cats definitely rule!
