My big concern with Keystone is and remains the crossing of the Ogallala Aquifer. If they could have ran the pipeline and avoided the Aquifer, I'd have MUCH less problem with it.

Thank you for taking action.

Much of the pipeline will be underground, people will not the oil spills that leach under ground are absorbed by the deeper soils and can percolate upwards toward the ground soil used for planting. It's far worse than just the aquifers that will be affected. Though we have few aquifers left that are not contaminated. This very short term thinking and does not provide for future generations.

read and noted and signed the petition on 4-26-13 i applauded the epa for standing up to the bully the keystone xl pipeline and least there not dragging their feet like the rest of them are so afraid to look the bully in the eyes and tell them no so now maybe that the epa stood up and got the ball rolling hopfully everyone else will get onboard and tell the dirty tar sands keystone xl pipeline to take a flying leap and deny them to go on with this project let's keep our fingers crossed.
