Petition signed of course. Who are these damn bastards trying to patent a plant now that has been used for centuries for it's healing power. Next they will patent our drinking water.

So, NestlÚs wants to patent this flower, and Big Pharma wants to patent the human genome. So I've just patented oxygen, and now you all owe me for every breath you take. A HA HA HAHAHA!

Signed, but the photo shows the inflorescence of fennel, the herb, Foeniculum vulgare, not Fennel Flower, Nigella sativa. They are two very different plants. The person who created this petition should have used the correct flower image for credibility. I have signed a couple of other petitions regarding Nestle and Fennel Flower. This is a very important issue!

Somebody, please, tell me that Nestle will not be permitted to own a patent on fennel.
Where do they get the b@lls? (I guess that was a stupid question.)

Good grief! If I stop buying products from all the corrupt food corporations, there won't be much left to purchase.

Are there no morals left?

Leave it to a corporation to sink that low after this remedy was available for centuries. The profiteers again--at the expense of others.
