Yeah, yeah, so when are they going to crack down on puppy, kitten, tiger and whatever else mills? They're getting by with it in Missour, and Lord knows what other States. What's the use to have laws if they're not carried out to the max? I have come to the conclusion that when it comes to downright evil, the law turns its head and lets horrors like this keep up--for the sake of profit, of course. I look to the day when they get theirs.

These -puppy mills exist because the law is not enforced more diligently -inspections carried out etc.,these poor little animals are used and abused by those greedy indifferent humans who only make money from their babies and discard them when they are of no further use to them -don't buy puppies from pet shop's as they are the main buyer's from these cruel -inhumane -breeders.
