Thank you for telling Governor Martinez that she should stop putting politics ahead of our children and our climate. Our state needs decisive action on climate change.

I hike all over northern NM and see the fenced in cattle on treeless, dust bowl government subsidized range lands, the manure in the few streams we have here, the diversions of river water to grow feed and quench the thirst of "livestock", and I also know personally those who were uranium miners who are suffering horrendous illnesses now and are being ignored for treatment coverage and cast off like trash. The radiation lingers in the open pits and in the soil, especially on Dineh land. Governor Martinez favors the Oil and Gas industries, cattle, all that destroys Life on Earth. I lost my job in the film industry since she opened her mouth and said all the wrong things that scared off the film industry before she had even done her research. Now that the films are coming back, I have lost too much ground to find employment again! She is a vicious prosecutor only, and otherwise is a totally ignorant loser, IMO.

The site is no longer available? Definitely noted. Did not think you could lower than this imbecile gubernator (sic) Martinez but hey she surprised me again by going further down the gutter! As we say in Spanish "pinche pendeja".

By the time I got to this petition, it was no longer active. Which is not good, since governors need to hear from as many people as possible--what happened?

This is something everyone needs to be working on regardless of political opinions, nationality etc. I was in Morocco for a day trip last week, and was delighted to see a huge wind farm.
