im not sure how I feel about this. the postal carriers rooted through the mail in the last town I lived in&would keep mags until they had finished reading it...sometimes obviously reading my mail during lunch(greasy fingerprints inside)even sealed mags wernt sealed when I got them. the plastic film is recyclable, but they could use stickies around the outside. I just didn't like entire pages torn out of my subscriptions...paper wrapper perhaps?

You're not alone Laura T., we receive magazines and catalogues (now mostly delivered with no packaging) that arrives torn, dirty, sometimes obviously having been read or flipped through along the way (stains inside as you noticed). Stickies might be the answer, but postal workers shouldn't be looking at any mail, personal or printed, that's addressed to other people.
