What do you think of when you hear the phrase "eco-friendly garden"? If your brain conjures up images of flies buzzing over compost piles and words like 'mulch' and 'manure', then you're probably in the majority.

Interesting garden ideas, I have bees for a short while in the spring and early summer. I also have butterflies.

I have gotten to the point that if it isn't edible I don't want to waist my time growing it. Food costs to much. Possy's are for people who don't have to worry about where their next meel will come from.

I have wild bees in my garden. I just took a piece of wood, about 10x10x10 cm, und drilled a lot of holes in it, then hung it in the tree. They love living in there and are swarming!
Oh, and thanks to them, I have especially many cherries this year!

I plant tomatoes and flowers. If I try to plant anything else, the bunnies will eat them.
