If you are human and living on planet earth, you suffer from anxiety. Cuddle a kitten or puppy, they offer great comfort and therapy.

Thank you for sharing this excellent article. Loving and caring for cats and dogs teaches children to love and care for other beings. Love is what life is all about. It's just as important as breathing.

I know this through first hand experience! Cats just give unconditional love and are always there when you need them.

The therapeutic value of a cat is tremendous. Often a child's bond with a cat is one of the only things helping to hold things together during a very difficult time. This is especially true of children being bullied or some being sexually abused and other traumatic events.

Good article. There's nothing like the love and trust of a cat, once you've earned it.
