If you're like me, you'll find yourself looking for little ways to make your day a lot greener. It's no secret that the environment isn't in the best of shape, and that's why it's imperative that we all lead more sustainable lives. I keep this in mind

I'll sometimes compromise....to a point. But everyone I know considers me a bit quirky anyway, so they're pretty much ready for whatever.

Not as green as I could or should be, but change comes a bit slower for me. I've never had a drivers license, so no car. Walk almost everywhere I need to go - small towns are nice because everything's not so far apart. Anyway, I changed all my light bulbs from incandescent yrs ago. Been recycling many yrs - many in my bldg also recycle. City has regular pickups. I've always given my used clothes - the smaller sized ones - to either a church drive or the Goodwill. Do some sewing with denim and other fabrics cut from clothes. While not as much as some, I do feel I'm progressing. Noted with thanks.

As with everything, you need to find balance. If you overdo it, people shy away, if you do too little in your opinion, you end up frustrated. Little steps for others, bigger steps for yourself.
