It's been trendy for a while for companies to promote their eco-friendly credentials, but as 40% of U.S energy use comes from commercial and residential buildings the time for action over our energy-draining offices is long overdue

Interesting but companies can already get tax credits for office or building improvements. I'd be a little more of a believer that was not just more shoveling the dollars back and forth if some of that was set aside for just people.

What is 250 million? As Kit wrote, corporations already receive tax credit.
