Soldiers from Britain, Norway, Denmark and Poland are still trained in so-called trauma training on animals. You shoot at pigs and cut off the limbs of goats. According to PETA, these practices violate the current EU legislation. Please help us to stop

Translation.....

In Denmark, Norway and Poland, mutilate, stab and shoot soldiers, live pigs and other animals in cruel and archaic trauma training. British soldiers travelled specially to Denmark, to take part in the barbaric practices, because they are prohibited in Britain itself. Against the background that exist already advanced and superior free animal training methods, it is outrageous that this animal tortures still take place.

Animals with high speed ammo will be shot at the trauma training. You are stabbed, limbs amputated them and sometimes soldiers practice to reattach amputated legs, before finally the animals are killed.
Many of the sensitive pigs and goats, animals which are as smart as dogs and cats - suffer broken bones and organ failure before her death.

The trauma training are superfluous: 80% of NATO countries train their soldiers only with animal-free methods of teaching, including Germany. Such methods costs no innocent lives, are more efficient and reliable.

According to PETA, trauma training violate against the EU law. The 2010/63/CE directive says that animal testing may take place only if animal-free methods are not available. PETA has now written to the EU leaders and prompted them to investigate the violations of the present.

Stop trauma training in the EU!

Soldiers from Britain, Norway, Denmark and Poland are still trained in so-called trauma training on animals. You shoot at pigs and cut off the limbs of goats. According to PETA, these practices violate the current EU legislation. Please help us to stop the cruel animal experiments!

Surely these soldiers can get as much trauma training that's needed by just visiting any large hospital 24/7. I'm sure they will encounter wounds and broken bones from car accidents, fights, shootings, stabbings, drug abuse, domestic violence, the list is endless. Let them practise on humans and learn from 'humans' after all, the casualties on the battle-field will NOT be pigs, dogs, cattle or goats!!! Shame on these countries that allow these archaic practises to continue and shame on the soldiers who do not protest and continue to abuse innocent, voiceless animals when other methods are available.
