There is so much that can be commented on. Most importantly is the poor dog in the pen who needs a home. He will eventually find one, but, it will take awhile.

Divine justice. I'm glad the dog got a "word"in as to how he feels about what these sadist were doing. I think a lesson should be taken from Best Friends in Utah by all who deal with fighting dogs. they rehabilitated 17 of the Michael Vick dogs as many of you know. They are now therapy dogs, companions, and there are 1 or 2 who could not leave the sanctuary but are now loving dogs who get along with all.

Not really, Barbara D. The people participating in this could people find entertainment in watching dogs wound and even kill each other? Missing their family jewels would not be all that bad...
Hope that the escaped dog finds someone who will give him/her a loving home and for the recovery other the ones found and treated whenever authorities raid these 'sports.'

Cheez, Barbara D, I hope not; if so I am doomed. I still treasure a story from the eighties about a beered-up "hunter" who left the campfire to urinate and fell into a trap junk first.

Why must people profit from pain?

What goes around, comes around. I hope they'll be severely punished & that the dogs will be found (for the first one) and rehabilitated (for the both of them). Thanks for sharing, Cher !
