Ben is wrong. U.S. gas prices are actually less than half of Sweden's. See where the current price per liter in Sweden is 1,631 (=$2.25 USD) while the price per liter in the U.S.A. is 0,664 (=$.92 USD). A liter is equal to 0.26417205 gallons, so multiply the liter price by 4 gives you a rough approximation for price per gallon.
