I make a monthly donation to WWF. Thanks Cher.

As the World Wildlife Fund explains, it only took one century for the number of wild tigers to drop from roughly 100,000 to merely 3,200. Hunting and the destruction of their natural habitat are the main culprits.

My internet is running too slow to watch - but I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks Cher. I feel for tigers, they are misunderstood creatures and so beautiful. Our world is shrinking and the loss of wildlife is tragic...tigers seem to get the worst of everything (perhaps because they are such big carnivores and will try to defend themselves against man). I wonder if anyone has done a graph - to show the number of tigers killed by man, and the number of men killed by tigers... I bet it looks really unbalanced - poor tigers!

Yes...well, we can fight on SEVERAL fronts. And while preservation of habitat and safety from poaching are two of them, REALISTIC people will support captive breeding programs, too.

At least, when the habitat is gone...lost to coconut/palm oil and the animals are all poached.....there will still be genetic representatives alive in the event something changes.

This video is a very sad commentary on mankind and what we've done to these beautiful animals and what we are still continuing to do! We must stop before we kill them into extinction and what a terrible legacy we would leave behind! I made a donation to WWF and adopted a tiger! I hope that others will do the same.
