Rare Siberian Tiger Caught on Camera in NE China

Fortunately, the population of rare and wild tigers is currently on the rise. According to another November report by Xinhua, surveys have shown that there are currently some 11 to 13 wild Siberian tigers and 10 to 13 Amur leopards living around China's

Oh this is a worry
Tigers teeth are worth so much in Asia if only Government would put death sentence on people dealing in tiger parts we would see a rise but I am concerned at this time

What a beautiful thing he is!!!! How I hope he will not be hurt or captured. The spectacular beauty of the tiger is just mind-boggling. Now, THAT'S some pussycat!

I like the camera's to catch animals in their natural habitat and perhaps to catch the humans who are out to harm them.

cher I knew the story came from you! I agree w/ pam w but I think the cat is out of the bag now that the media got a hold of it. it is a little bit encouraging. I just hope the wildlife workers do EVERYTHING in their power to protect the tigers and their territory. I also saw the dog nursing the tiger cubs. it was a little surprising to me that china was trying to support their wildlife. I must be jaded!

He is so beautiful.!.....and he looks to be in good condition..... up to 22 in China... but approx. 500 in the wild.! ....So Sad........Thanks for this post.
