AngelikaR, had Mr. Saņo died from his hunger strike, the world would...hit the snooze button. That the utility companies can't figure out how to evolve without slapping fees on people doing the right thing is one of the worst travesties. This country needs a modernized, terrorist-proof electric grid. Maybe the utility companies can focus on that for awhile.
