Christopher Dillingham faced 20 years for animal cruelty and explosives charges. What happened? With some stories, I just want to sit in front of my computer and type WTF??!? 500 times until it fills the page.

Whoa Waltraud, that's appalling! I'm so sorry about the poor dog, but as I've said before, we are not dealing well at all with mental health problems. This man doesn't need justice, he clearly needs massive amounts of help and probably permanent containment. The sad thing is that in his perverted mind, he's helping to get others to the other side. And I'm sure this will only be the beginning. His family should be moved to safety ASAP.

Wonder what the law will do to him when the next "rapture" comes around and he's blown up his neighbors...

When are we going to get smart and start executing/exiling/imprisoning for life these psychopaths? Psychopaths abuse animals today and kill people tomorrow!

Sad for the dog that justice is so fleeting. If he has some mental illness, someone kindly treat it so that he does not do something similar again. Many people overcome such illnesses but they have to receive treatment first. He also had a record of assault, so this man needs to be treated or he will be a constant repeat offender.

No justice for Cabella, I do not like to take revenge on a person, but when they murder a dog with a bomb, put their children and neighbors at risk, some kind of penalty has to be set. He needs to be confined to an institution for treatment and not be allowed contact with any animals or his children.
Thank You Cher.

Part of the reason was it was *established* that the dog didn't suffer and reckless endangerment is a minor offense. What?? Isn't it obvious that he's a danger to himself and others?

Should have been 12 years. At the very least.

I'd like to say what I think should be done to the judge, but it's probably against Care2's rules, or something...

Just keep him in jail for 12 hours would be OK. if we do not need justice which is one of fundamental values in a society.
noted, thanks
