Only when it comes to climate change, we seem to be stuck in the denial stage.

I simply say that those who deny climate change denies the tragic reality. Thanks a lot for sharing Cher.

Denying climate change is just lazy. Its not hard to change over to solar power. If climate change is real or not, solar power offers many other benefits as well. The average person will pay much less for fuel. Big corps and government don't care about the people at all. So, they will do what they can to keep extracting as much money from us as possible. That is a truth that they will also deny, just like global warming.

This is an excellent article Cher and as the beginning stated, AN EMBARRASSMENT! I was taught about this back in High School and I am now approaching 60. HOW IGNORANT TO BE IN DENIAL as the article stated, at this day and time!

Okay, for sake of argument let's just say climate change isn't happening. But can anyone deny that air pollution is increasing and increasing around the globe, pollution so bad that it's easily visible on NASA satellite photos? Even visible in unpopulated areas of the planet.
Now, we all know that pollution is damaging our health in many ways and we know that the primary culprit is carbon emissions from coal and oil (yes, and a few other things).
So deny climate change if you will, but could we maybe do something so that our children will have clean air to breathe?

Climate change is real, and should not be ignored.

Climate change is real, and anyone who denies it is wrong. Thanks for sharing, Cher.

So, the question is-how do you make people care about climate change? Especially since none of us alive today will ever see any results from reducing emissions even to zero level? How do you get nations just emerging into modernization like China and India to go along? How do you replace the fossil fuels that the world runs on in any timely manner (impossible in any sense in the near future?) Accepting it makes no difference if you aren't willing to make sacrifices to change it.

The small parties and organizations need to show others how it is possible to change everyday life and prove that green is not only better for the future, but also better for the the economy now.
