Noted. Since I couldn't sign, I contacted all my friends who still live in California and got 27 signatures done quickly. I understand why utilities are carping about paying retail for solar from individual producers, because they don't pay retail to anyone else. If they're going to change the formula, then it can only be for NEW producers, so they aren't penalized for making the investment they did.
