Poor birds! The phrase *Go vegan* is probably misplaced ~ I highly doubt that people on the level of eating foie gras are going to consider going vegan.

Just a few saved from a life of misery. And what they had already gone through. Very sad...

The State Trooper on the scene turned to her and said, I think this is the first time that duck has gotten a hug.

Probably weren't actively pushed off the back of the truck, just fell because whomever was transporting them didn't give a rat's patoot. So sad, but look at this way, people who eat foie gras are eating diseased livers which equals toxins, which means they're poisoning themselves almost equally to what was done to the poor animals. Maybe it will catch up with them.
