Noted with thanks Cher. This magnificent animal is the reigning predator across its range, huge, muscular, possessing fearsome teeth and claws and a roar that resounds for miles. Tigers radiate power. They inspire awe. So many countries have their own thoughts and myths about tigers.

A lot of the title was answere by the author. Why wouldn't, starting from ancient cultures see an animall as beautiful as the tiger as something special?
