To this day, the United States is the only developed country that continues to use chimpanzees in invasive laboratory research studies. However, times are changing and chimpanzee research is slowly on its way out.

Petition signed. There is a petition to sign if you scroll down from the video from the Humane Society. Check it out. These animals deserve all that we can do for them. How can any society in any country believe that this is acceptable. The US must end this NOW.

Watched it twice. First time sad tears for how long they have been held captive. How can people be so cruel? But the second time it was tears of great joy to see them enjoying their natural habitat. to walk on grass again and climb trees but most of all seeing the sky again. May they all live long long lives in happiness. God Bless this sanctuary and the Chimps. May many more Chimps follow in their footsteps soon.

When I first saw the title of this article, I couldn't decide what my first reaction should be.
Should I be over-joyed at their new-found freedom, or should I be terribly angry at the torture they experienced in their past?
How could anyone involved in these experiments, call themselves a Christian?

I've seen this video before and it's heartbreaking. Man's cruelty to animals never seems to stop. I pray every day for the animals and pray anyone who abandon's, abuses, intentionally maim or kill an animals will be severely punished.
