Soz, read through the article,Wonderful!nice news, makes a change from declining! Its awful really, animals being badly treated, animals declining,we read so many articles, sign so many petitions and read so much that is to hard to take in,so,nice to get encouraged at last;wy do we sign and read petitions?in the hope that something is being done and someone cares, and someone notices and someone does there bit.
