IF THESE CATS CAN BE CAUGHT AND A SPAYING AND NEUTARING PROGRAMME CARRIED OUT,THEN SURELY THAT WILL HELP WITH THE POPULATION.EVERY SINGLE CREATURE ON THIS EARTH,NO MATTER HOW BIG OR HOW SMALL HAS A RIGHT TO LIFE-WHO MADE US THE DIVINE TO DECIDE WHAT LIVES AND WHAT DIES-NATURE ALWAYS GET THINGS RIGHT,SHE KNOWS HOW TO BALANCE THE POPULATION OF EVERY CREATURE ON THIS PLANET-ITS ABOUT TIME MANKIND REALISED THIS.

These people should realise that they were responsible for the cat problem in the first place by being irresponsible pet owners. Had they spayed/neutered their pets and/or kept them indoors during mating season, then there would not be a problem. People make strays not the animals themselves - they merely follow their intrinsic instincts to pro-create.These ferals/strays did not appear out of thin air - someone most probably started it by dumping unwanted kittens and unaltered cats. So tell them to shut up and help (humanely) to relocate those poor creatures.

I'm glad the TNR programs become more known.
As supporter of the No Kill policy (Nathan Winograd), we have a foundation in the Netherlands: No Kill Europe
We also adopted the TNR method to solve the stray cat problems in our country.
