All falling like dominoes...the monopolies are getting bigger as the weak are gobbled up by the strong.

Our financial system is unraveling like a cheap $2.00 suit, the $700B Bailout Bill was rejected, and the dominoes continue to fall!

Analysts suggest: 'too little, too late'.

Even if the bailout bill were passed, it would be like a tourniquet applied to a head-wound.

Everybody is asking: "Which bank is next???"

The U.S. stock market just dropped 724 points, a historic record fall!

The Asian markets are losing ground, and sweeping bank bailouts have hit Europe.

The U.S. was legally bankrupt in 1997, and this started the unraveling on September 11th 2001, after the terrorists attacked the Trade Center.

The financial crisis accelerated, when the Housing Market debacle became public:

Any Questions???

I know I am not the author of this thought but I love it...if America goes bust they won't be able to afford war any more and the whole world will gain from it. If the Bailout is allowed to go through a few rather fat friends of Bush will pocket the lot...at you expense...the choice is yours as they say.

These banks were greedy for profit and risked everything including your money on a gamble to make more money from others failures...now they come cap in hand to you for a bailout...tell them to '''''(go away i think is the polite way of putting it).

Let them fail and go under...your mortgage is safe as they will have been asset stripped long ago as they were failing...and your debt is worth money to someone.

In the end it will be better for the economy to have fewer more efficient banks.

I was surprised to hear that Wachovia went under and was "given" to Citigroup.

The next bank may be Wells Fargo... is what I read in the financial pages.

Banks are now becoming monopolies. Should we worry - you bet.

TY, Joan.

No matter how bad the world situation becomes:

NEVER GIVE UP HOPE! AS LONG AS WE HAVE HOPE, THERE IS A CHANCE FOR A MIRACLE, BUT ONCE ALL HOPE IS LOST, THEN IT IS OVER!!!

Robert, I'm with you somehow this will be alright, it's another phase in the history of the world, tragic now but just a blip in the sands of time.
