Babulal Gaur, who as home minister of central Madhya Pradesh state is responsible for law and order, said: "This is a social crime which depends on men and women. Sometimes it's right, sometimes it's wrong." - No! It's ALWAYS WRONG !!

He is out of his frickin' mind. Talk about a worthless dumbass. With mindsets like his and him being in a position of authority and influence is it any wonder why India is the pathetic mess it is when it comes to human rights (among other things)?
