Though the media has focused on offshore drilling, the threat to our onshore public lands is also graver than ever. Reckless drilling will do nothing but provide handouts to oil and gas companies while discouraging investment in clean energy technologies.

We can stop petroleum by not using it. Electric cars are on the market and people are buying them. Care2 is leading the way eating vegetarian/flexitarian. We can buy only recyclable plastic.

And I have made the commitment to family planning. I have no children, and plan on one child and adoption.
