A post on TomCat's blog. A few things this week which seem to me to invite the attention of the Greek Furies.

When I first read about ACRU, I thought of the furies. So glad they are discovering their tactics backfire in populated counties...yet they deserve attention for the harm to the poorer rural counties where their incidious efforts began.

It has to be free because the error rate of the technology is worse than even fingerprint matching of damaged fingers--also deserving of the furies and court challenges. (Kinda like the one-way street aspect of local-federal cooperation).

That poor child deserves a hanky alert and a new home.
All worthy candidates Joanne.

Tisiphone: As a parent, one should step aside of their personal needs, and love, cherish, and embrace their children forevermore. I believe those who don't nurture children, abuse children/animals, there is a special place in Hell reserved just for them. IMHO, bail & visitation privileges should have been denied to these abusers!

Alecto: Lordy, what have we become??

Magaera: Mr. Colom's help is certainly appreciated! Stay Strong, Dems!!!!

Furies: Lead the way, you've all got a lot on your plates these days......

Thank you, Joanne for post.

Tisiphone, it seems that the both mother and stepdad of a kind that would have killed the little black boy if they had the courage, but lacking even that they just neglected him in the hope “the problem” would solve itself. Given the circumstances as described here, it looks like the father didn’t want another man’s kid on his hands and certainly not a black kid, so he not only not report this terrible abuse, but may have been instrumental in the mother’s neglect. Make sure that this specimen of a rich white family gets all that is due to him for his “exemplary” behavior, and that is very likely to be more that just failing to report it, Tisiphone. The give this damaged child the loving home he so desperately needs.

Alecto, BI2’s John Leonard is apparently a great fan of Drumpf, so much so that he’s willing to “donate” his equipment to get those dastardly rapists, which are all illegal immigrants of course. And of course his equipment will not be under any legislation to protect people against abuse of the data it collects or against its use on anyone those sheriffs earmark as (criminal) (illegal) (immigrant). Go and protect the human rights of all people living in those 31 counties, Alecto and whip up some resistance while you’re out there.

Megaera needs to start with forcing the American Civil Rights Union to change its name. How dare they abuse the term American Civil Rights in such a depraved way. This group is utterly disgusting, just a bunch of the GOP’s fascist henchmen!

It’s really getting bad out there. While Drumpf is sucking up all attention and energy, bumpkin fascists are slowly but steadily taking over America’s democracy. Thank you for putting a spotlight on it, Joanne, and for being so persistent.
