The lawsuit...claims the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs was unable to deal with the growing number of post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD, cases emerging from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

This is so outrageous that they have to actually sue for something like that!!!
