Absolutely signed...the Military does these animals an injustice by not taking care of them, by not allowing their handlers to adopt them. Thanx Scooby.

Since it is military code to allow a dog's handler first dibs to adopt him or her, can't the Army honor BOTH of these veterans - human AND canine - and intervene? This is so wrong!

Thanks Scooby. I hope members will share widely.

#2,163. This is no way to treat a hero. Howard should be reunited with Alexander Reimer. Thanks, Scooby, noted and will share.

Reunite these two war veterans so they can help each other through ALL the good times and bad. They deserve to be together.

Noted and signed - shocking, beyond shocking in fact! I would have done everything in my power and reach to go there and rescue this dog, where are the organisations to help this man. Whoever has this dog now needs a bullet between the eyes. Howard DOES NOT DESERVE TO LIVE THIS CRUEL LIFE!!!
