Maricopa County Animal Care and Control is on a winning streak. They're winning the battle against euthanasia. The animals are now surviving in shelters.For almost two years now, workers have not had to put down any healthy animals. .

hi sharon thankyou for the story
well two thousand less than last year is better but im still not clear as to what is working differently in this shelter than other shelters!
