I am trying to grow old with dignity... and, I've earned each and every one of my wrinkles! :)
Thanks Sigrid.

There are ways to reduce the lines that make up the wrinkles. I have been in the skin care business for 32 years - and it all depends on what you use - and how you use it.

number one skin care tip: keep it out of the sun ~

genetics has more to do with how our skin ages than any creams or lotions ~

Like you, Kathy, I've earned every
one of my white hairs and wrinkles
the old-fashioned way! I'm hanging on
to them proudly!
People try so hard to stay young, and,
let's face it, avoid death. But, as the
apostle Paul said, "It is appointed unto
man(kind) once to die."
It comes to us all, eventually.
Thank you, Sigrid.

Well said, Tim. What happened to aging gracefully? I mean, it's easy for me to say it since I'm so young, but all these methods of hiding your age or the foolish quest of trying to reverse it....botox, plastic surgery, hair plugs....aren't there better ways to spend time and energy?

I don't know...this just sounds like another confusing story put out there to try and get people's attention off of eating a healthy diet. Like they are trying to say eating well does not do a darn thing for aging. I don't buy that.

The nematodes used in this study were also genetically altered also so I'm not liking that either. Not much natural about this study. Who funded the study? Is a pharm industry? they love to try and discredit vitamins and antioxidants etc...

I do think however, if you are a happy person then you are better able to handle stress and antioxidants from eating healthy helps to. Drink lots of water cut out the sugar, exercise has also shown to improve a person's aging as well.
