At el Parque de las Ciencias (The Science Park), a zoo in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, the animals endure terrible conditions. In fact, the zoo barely even meets the minimum standards set by the Animal Welfare Act (AWA), yet it remains open to the public...

It is really easy to send a simple letter to the mayor through In Defense of Animal's automated system.
All you have to do is click on this link:

http://ga0.org/campaign/bayamon

and write the mayor about how you feel these animals are being treated and how they SHOULD be treated.

Puerto Rico relies heavily on tourism, so YOUR VOICE DOES COUNT! Please use it to help these animals...

The more letters they get, the more pressure, and more help for these animals, SO Please write!!

Puerto Rico has a deaf ear when it comes to animals on the island, so I hope that this petition does the trick. I have signed it. All animals on the island need our help!!
