Thanks MarySue.Blue makes a good point,at the end of the day,Obama was isolated in his opposition to the Iraq invasion-a fact which adds to his worth as the new President.He had the guts,that great people have-history is made by those who say no.In defence of the dems,I will say that they raised the minimum wage,almost immediately in 2006,after it stagnated from 2000 onwards.
