Well the GOP in Congress best start working on this problem instead of continuing with their obstructionist efforts as they've done for the past four years now. Weird as they have everything to lose, Obama has everything to gain..the American people have a lot to lose but that will depend of the GOP in congress if they are to or not ...

Shows how the administration juggled the numbers before the election so more sheep would vote for him. That said, it's time for the negativity to cease and for two sides to work together. When we see something nice about Republicans coming out of Jae's mouth we'll have taken the first step toward saving the country.

Does that include all the people who stopped looking for work or started their own grass roots business? Probably not which would bring the percentage closer to 27%. How about some transparency and accountability in government and business for a change? BTW however much the red socialists would have us believe; capitalism is the only system that works and provides the necessary money for all their utopian and idealistic programs that suck up so much tax payer money. Where else would they get other people's money to spend? Corporatism on the other hand is a Frankenmonster that needs it's head cut off. True capitalism is a system that generates competition; productivity; responsible social programs that actually contribute to those less fortunate.
The way the PRC and other East Asian countries got to where they are today is through outright theft; collusion with politicians and businessmen willing to sell out their own country's welfare; and through espionage. Then of course there's globalization and outsourcing. That certainly hasn't benefited the average Janes and Joes in third world countries who labor for slave wages and benefits if any. Is it any wonder that drugs is the number one product in countries such as Mexico? Welcome to the Friedmanization of America. You're next Canada.

You know as usual with Cam it is really hard to decide where to start shoveling the pile of crap. Even Fox News, Fox Business, CNN, CNBC and Huff Po agree that Sandy is the cause as Sandy related claims came in from every state from NC to Maine and this sharp jump has more to do with a backlog and inability to file claims being caught up on. Oh and you can add the effects of the loverly Nor Easter that immediately followed. And then of course you can add in the fact that US businesses are in a holding pattern on hiring because they are afraid that the Repug/Tea Bagged imbeciles are going to do a repeat of the Debt Ceiling Debacle on the Sequestration/Cliff problem. Any one that tries to foist this off as an Obama problem is just intentionally ignorant enough for political reasons to believe that any President of the U*s can control the price of gas at the pump.

If 100% employment is impossible, what do we do with the unemployed?

Right wing answer: Let them die!

And you still can not have 100% employment. What do you do now?

Righty never answers that question. Because the answer I put up is true. They just don't think straight or care. The mentally lazy.

Actually, letting them die is the right wing answer, Jason. We have Ron Paul during the GOP debates to prove it. He got thunderous applause when he suggested that a 26 year old terminally ill man without insurance should just die. Republicans like that message. He practically got a standing ovation for saying it.

Decent people, however, were alarmed. Statements like that, combined with the republican vision for America (turning it into a corporate - government gulag) is why liberals won.

The best thing we can probably do is to let them continue to spew their messages of hatefulness for all other Americans to hear. They'll never win another election fairly again.
