SIGNED! They need to spend that money on what it was meant for and not on saving face for Sea Shepherd shutting down their murderous slaughter of innocent whales last season.

Japan is not only harming its own people with this misappropriation of funds, but every other nation that desperately needs money from donations to pay for reconstruction following a disaster. If the rest of the world refuse to make donations in future it will by YOU Japan who is responsible.

Noted, commented and signed very disappointed.
I wrote: When you'll use Tsunami Reconstruction Funding For Whale Slaughter you'll lose the estimation of the whole world. And you would no more be worth to be helped in any way! This cruel animal torture must be stopped right now. Thanks for thinking this over.

A petition will do no good against the government of Japan. But a TOTAL boycott of all things Japanese will !!! They are the model of all corporate states.

Petition signed. Sure makes me sick to read that their government is no different than ours when it comes to money that's allocated for one specific project, gets used for something way off base. When will the governments ever learn??? Thanks Lindsey.

I imagine that in a million years from now, if this planet still exists, a race of beings will dig up our remains and come to the conclusion that Man was the most cruel, vicious and ignorant animal that ever roamed the Earth.

the misuse of funds properly belonging to Fukushima victims is the action of viscous greedy industrialists, but to use them even worse for killing endangered animals and in a cruel inhumane fashion is indefensible and brings the Japanese nation as a whole into disrepute. It will certainly inhibit any generosity of potential donors or sympathy for Japanese victims of the tsunami.
