Eight-year-old Sean Forsyth suffers from autism. The Pine Richland School District has used stalling tactics and other unprofessional behavior with the Forsyth family to discourage them from asking that Sean's service dog, Sophia, be allowed to attend.

Petition signed.

This boy should be allowed his pup into the school as it will help him cope with the rigors and
demands of school. It is like a blanket from the Linus charactor comic strip.

Ty, Lindesy.

My daughter has a form of autism. She has a very strong bond with animals. She can relate so well to them and somehow this helps her to cope with the very real difficulties of communication and other demands of daily life.

This poor boy should not be denied the comfort an animal brings during such a profoundly difficult part of his daily life.

Remember the nursery rhyme, Mary had a little lamb

Well, here's my tribute to what shall be.

Sean had a service dog
with radiant love aglow
and everywhere that Sean went
Sophia was sure to go.

She went with Sean to school one day
t'was once against the rule.
It made the children laugh and play
to see Sophia at school.

This shouldn't even be a debate nor crossed anyones mind! How can anyone deny a child, especially one with special circumstances, the one thing that helps them?......
