Such a tragedy. I can't tell you how many times I have found myself glad my children are grown and no longer in school...it's not safe to let them out of your sight for a second these days...even for school. RIP for the child that is gone, and I pray for everyone effected by this accident.

Oh Lindsey, I am so sorry to read this tragic news. I know how much it must hurt you. Aaron was a special boy with so much to learn. He brought sunshine a lot of people and I know he will be missed.

Sad whenever a child is killed. I saw it on brighhouse cable news. Seems kids aren't doing so well here in Florida, although they are un-related cases.

It would be good to give much thought, before

you try to find words for something so lost,

for those long childhood afternoons you knew

that vanished so completely --and why?



We're still reminded--: sometimes by a rain,

but we can no longer say what it means;

life was never again so filled with meeting,

with reunion and with passing on



as back then, when nothing happened to us

except what happens to things and creatures:

we lived their world as something human,

and became filled to the brim with figures.



And became as lonely as a sheperd

and as overburdened by vast distances,

and summoned and stirred as from far away,

and slowly, like a long new thread,

introduced into that picture-sequence

where now having to go on bewilders us.






Life is precious and uncertain. Never take it for granted.

There will be new fervency for you as I pray for Care2 and each of our people and their loved ones everyday, upon arising. I have already prayed special prayers for you and all concerned in the tragedy, including the children's pets.

And I shall pray again.

Lord, bathe Lindsey and each of these in your healing love. Soothe the pain of grief
and grant the resurrection power of eternal life.
