The National Shooting Sports Foundation, located in Newtown, CT, is the number-two gun lobby in the U.S. Even after the devastating loss of innocent life right in their own town, this organization refuses to support federal universal background checks.

Keeping some shreds of hope alive, so I signed this. Though I think this country has fallen off the sanity cliff and we are now mired in the crazy mud. Some things are just basic public safety, and frankly those shout loudest about this issue are often the least informed.

I just don't get the love affair too many Americans have with their guns. So much tragedy in your country because of them.

Thanks Angelika. I don't think that the American people are going to let this issue just fade away this time.

Just a waste as all state have background checks. So we create another source of waste that does nothing.
