Email your representatives in Congress today, and ask them to honor one of the rights most basic to human dignity by co-sponsoring single-payer legislation like HR 676.

Access to health care is a human right. The ACA is a small step forward, but a half-measure at best. What Americans want and need is universal, single payer health care... #MedicareForAll

Signed. I will also write a personal email to Peter Welch and telephone him. I figure this is one of my last chances to have Peter Welch believe that he is my representative.

I am moving to Arizona in January. The whole 18 months I spent in Arizona previously, Vermont mailed me an absentee ballot for every election. I did come back to Vermont this last Summer. Now, I am wondering how long Vermont will keep me as a registered Vermont voter.

I do not have all of the proofs of identity demanded by Arizona for voting.

An Arizona bank would not accept my United States passport as a proof of identity or my Vermont Driver's License. I think the bank wanted an Arizona birth certificate and the face of a Gringo.

Thinking to avoid problems in Arizona when I was there before, I mailed off and received my Georgia birth certificate. Then, Social Security complained that the first three digits of my Medicare number meant that I was born in Ohio.

It is going to be fun again trying to prove that I am who I say I am.
