Isle Royale, Mich. -- A short hike, they called it. Just 4.2 miles to Scoville Point and back to the lodge. Now it's three hours later, and I'm still hiking. The way is strewn with rocks and boulders, giant roots and planks across the boggy spots.

If you like this Lake of the Woods in northern Minnesotais another unspoiled wildlife area.I se to wrk at a camp called Courage North. It is a camp for Deaf & Disabled teens. We would send campers to both of these place for 7 day camping trips. The stories of Bears, Deer, & other wildlife where really someting to hear! The pictures they took were Awsome!!! :0)
